The Analytics Platform Built for iGaming — Not Adapted for It
Most analytics tools were built for e-commerce. You're running a casino or a sportsbook. Your team tracks NRC, NDC, and RDC — not "add to cart" events. Your marketing decisions depend on understanding channel attribution across complex, multi-touchpoint player journeys. Your retention team needs to identify at-risk players before they churn, not after.
Generic BI tools don't understand any of that. They give you raw data and leave the iGaming translation to you — which means your analysts spend their week building reports instead of acting on them.
AOD:Analytics is different. It's a multi-module analytics portal built specifically for online casino operators, sportsbooks, crypto gaming platforms, and the B2B providers that serve them — configured to your brand, hosted in the EU, and maintained under a monthly retainer by AutomateOrDie.AI.

What You Get: A Single View of Your Operation
AOD:Analytics consolidates the metrics that matter for iGaming into one portal — traffic, conversions, player retention, acquisition attribution, brand visibility, and competitor intelligence. Every module speaks the same language your team uses daily.
Traffic & Acquisition
Sessions, unique visitors, device split, geo breakdown, top landing pages, and real-time traffic — all in one view. Channel performance shows you what's driving traffic and what's burning budget. Promotion analysis lets [...]
Multi-Touch Attribution
Last-click attribution lies. It systematically overcredits the final touchpoint and undercredits the channels that built awareness and intent earlier in the journey. AOD:Analytics includes Markov Chain multi-touch attribution — a model that [...]
Player Retention Module
Active players, at-risk players, inactive players — segmented automatically. Individual player profiles with session drill-down, game performance, sportsbook activity, and content affinity. Loyalty cohort tracking. Your retention team can identify which segments [...]
Sportsbook & Game Performance
Whether you operate a casino, a sportsbook, or both, AOD:Analytics tracks product performance at the level your product team needs — not just traffic, but engagement and conversion by vertical.
Brand Intelligence & AI Mentions Monitoring
How does your brand appear in ChatGPT when someone asks for a casino recommendation in your target market? AOD:Analytics monitors AI mentions — tracking whether your brand appears in AI-generated results, in [...]
Competitor Intelligence
The same brand intelligence layer applied to your competitors. Know how your positioning compares in AI search results, organic visibility, and market sentiment — before your competitors realise you're tracking them.
Marketing Event Log
Overlay your marketing activity — campaign launches, promotions, product updates, sponsorships — directly onto your analytics timeline. See exactly what caused a traffic spike or a conversion drop. Attribution becomes visible instead [...]
Ask AI — Your Data in Plain Language
The Ask AI interface gives every member of your team direct access to your analytics data — without SQL, without BI training, without waiting for an analyst. Ask: "Which acquisition channel had [...]
Who It's Built For
B2B Platform Providers — Turnkey Casino Operators and Aggregators
AOD:Analytics fills a gap that every backend platform has in common: backend dashboards show what players are doing once they're inside the product — but they tell operators nothing about how those [...]
Multibrand Casino Operators
You're running multiple brands across different markets, and your marketing team is drowning in manual reporting. Each brand has its own traffic, its own player base, its own acquisition mix — and [...]
Single Brand Casino Operators
You have traffic. You have players. You don't have an analytics team. Your marketing manager is making acquisition decisions based on incomplete data — and your retention team is reactive rather than [...]
Crypto Casino Operators
Crypto casinos operate in a fast-moving, high-scrutiny environment where player acquisition is expensive and brand reputation is everything. Your traffic sources are non-standard, your player behaviour is different from traditional casino, and [...]
Configured for Your Brand. Hosted in the EU. Maintained by us.
AOD:Analytics is not a self-serve SaaS tool. There is no onboarding wizard, no documentation to work through, no integration to figure out on your own.
During implementation, we configure the portal to your brand: your domain, your target markets, your competitors, your conversion event definitions (NRC, NDC, RDC), and your user roles. The first-party tracking layer is connected to your existing site — typically via GTM — with minimal technical involvement required from your side.
From that point, AutomateOrDie.AI monitors, updates, and develops the product under a monthly retainer. You don't manage infrastructure, integrations, or software updates. When something changes on your end — new markets, new competitors, updated conversion definitions — we update the configuration.
GDPR compliance is structural. All client data is processed and stored exclusively on EU-based servers. No data is transmitted outside EU jurisdictions at any point in the workflow — including LLM processing. For iGaming operators running under MGA, UKGC, or other European regulatory frameworks, this means no additional legal review or data processing complexity. The product is compliant by design.
Why Malta-Based Operators Choose AOD:Analytics
Malta is the operational hub of European iGaming. The concentration of licensed operators, B2B platform providers, affiliate businesses, and suppliers within a small geography creates an environment where competitive advantage is genuinely fragile — the same talent pool, the same markets, the same regulatory pressures.
AutomateOrDie.AI is Malta-based and iGaming-native. AOD:Analytics was built from inside the industry — by people who understand the operational reality of running casino marketing at scale, not by generalist developers who read about it. The NRC/NDC/RDC framework, the Markov attribution model, the AI mentions module: none of these were added because they sounded useful. They reflect how iGaming marketing and analytics teams actually operate, and what they actually need to make decisions.
Malta operators also get direct, face-to-face partnership when it matters. AOD:Analytics isn't a product you buy and figure out — it's a solution you deploy with a team that already knows your industry from the inside.
Practical Examples
- An operator running three brands across Nordic and Southern European markets uses AOD:Analytics to consolidate traffic, conversion, and retention data across all three properties — without a dedicated analytics team.
- A B2B platform provider adds AOD:Analytics as part of their client offering, giving each operator in their network a configured analytics environment from day one of go-live.
- A sportsbook marketing team uses the Ask AI interface to get weekly channel performance summaries without building reports — freeing the acquisition manager to act on insights instead of produce them.
- A retention team identifies at-risk player segments three weeks earlier than before, reducing churn through targeted reactivation campaigns instead of recovery attempts after the player has already left.
- An operator discovers their brand is absent from AI-generated casino recommendations in their primary market — and uses AOD:Analytics' competitor intelligence to understand why competitors are appearing instead.
Commercial Model
AOD:Analytics is delivered under a two-part structure: an implementation fee covering brand configuration and onboarding — followed by a monthly retainer covering hosting, maintenance, and continued product development.
For B2B platform providers deploying across multiple client brands, the contract is structured per brand, with a single procurement relationship on the provider side.
There is no self-serve option. Every deployment is configured and maintained by AutomateOrDie.AI.
